Full/Family Member - Limit 6
- $3000 or minimum $1500 cash and 75 hours of work (no reserved hunting dates until paid in full)
- year round complete use of the farm
- no harvest fee
- eventual storage unit
- guaranteed hunting dates (must reserve two months in advance)
- one limit/one gun per family per day/season
- second limit/gun for hunting is half fee or daily fee as needed
Daily Usage Hunting (does not include harvest fee)
- $60 per day for all animals except deer -- deer with gun $100 per day
- OR 3 hours of work per day -- deer with gun 5 hours per day
- cannot reserve dates until two months prior to start date
Harvest Fees (for less than $500 spent or less than 25 hours worked)
- turkey $200
- doe $200
- 8 - 10 point buck $500
- 11 point or larger $750
Harvest fee is reduced by half between $500-$1000 spent or 25-50 hours worked.
Harvest fee is eliminated after these levels.
Harvest fee is eliminated for second hunter under family membership
Hunting will be limited to six members plus owners per day.
- if more daily hunters than the 6 per day maximum, a lottery will be held within 6 weeks of the date
- a $200 penalty will be imposed above and beyond all other fees for shooting a button buck
- any expense verified by owners will be credited to fees (ie deer stand purchase, propane, renting equipment, etc) receipts required
- any member may be asked to forfeit their membership at any time by the owners for any reason and any membership fees may be wholly or partially refunded at the discretion of the owners
- Thanksgiving Day is a play day for sporting clays, pheasant hunting and ATV's
- after the last deer/gun season, the farm is open to all activities
